The Felder system cutterblock
With an 88 mm knife cutting radius, 2- or 4-knife cutterblock and the unique Felder system cutterblock technology, the Felder planing result reaches new heights.
Fifteen years ago, Felder introduced the double-sided disposable planer knife system. After each cutterblock knife change, start again with perfectly adjusted machine edged planer knives. Its much faster and more economical than the standard system.
Its mere child’s play to change the planer knives. In less than a few minutes you can change either the 2- or 4-knife cutterblock. The sharp Felder planer knives are instantly ready for action!

High-Speed Router Spindle
Optional – instead of the spindle moulder-Ø 30 mm: High speed spindle for router bits with 14,000 rpm (must be ordered before the machine is produced).

Perfect planing technology
The planer fence may be tilted to any angle between 90° and 45°. End stops are placed at 90° and 45°.

A space saving solution with optimum ergonomics: Planer tables tilt away from the user operating area, this ensures working with your Felder is as userfriendly as possible and also requires less workshop space.

Precision sliding table-guiding system “X-Roll”
“X-Roll”, making a difference:

With the roller-bearing system there is no single point of contact between bearings and guiding track, maximising precision over the lifetime of the machine. Crosscut fence
The crosscut fence 1300 mm for crosscuts between +45° and –45° with 90° positive stop. The fence is quickly mounted onto the “X-Roll“ sliding table without the use of tools. The large crosscut stop provides an exact 90° position.

Stop scale
The bevelled mitre scale with accurate readout is visible from the operating area and thus enables exact setting of the required crosscut value.

Precision mitre index system: exact angle precision
The double mitre system on the outrigger table with telescopic stop 2600 mm is standard for professional type machines.
It’s exactly the accessory that allows you to execute very accurate mitre cuts from +45° to –45° in a quick and easy way.
For those who want even more accurate settings we equip the outrigger table with the ”precision mitre index system“. With this you can select predrilled positioning stops in steps of 5°, but also at 22.5°, by means of the index locating pin from +45° to –45°.

The "free from play" height and side adjusting scoring unit delivers a professional machining of laminated materials.

The precision moulding fence “240”
The fence can hold tooling of up to 230 mm with fine adjustment of the out-feed fence from –5 to +25 mm. The dust extraction is carried out via an integrated extraction port at the rear. The table open diameter is 180 mm, a huge advantage when working with large tooling below the table.
