Corner rounding unit
An indispensable level of productivity No more time consuming post processing of the workpiece!
The Felder corner rounding unit “finishes” workpiece corners (incl. soft forming and post forming materials) for edging materials from 0.4 to 3.0 mm thick and 45 mm in height without reducing the feed rate. The solid cast iron construction, linear guides and HW cutters ensure long-term precision. The corner rounding unit is controlled from the control panel.

Precise work-piece feeding with chain and drive rollers in spiral formation, leaving no scratches on the work piece surface.

Tape feed For coiled and strip material
Automatic feeding of coiled material 0.4 to 3 mm thick and strip materials via a strip magazine (120 mm capacity).

Glue roller and glue pot
The Teflon coated glue pot has a capacity of 2 kg PVA hot melt adhesive granulate (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers). The
machine is ready to operate after only 12 minutes!
The fine adjustable glue roller ensures that the correct amount of hot glue is applied to the differing types of edging material.
PUR (Polyurethane resin) hot melt adhesive granulate may be used in accordance with the glue manufacturer‘s processing guidelines.

Pressure roller
The pressure rollers consists of a large cylindrical roller and two additional pressure rollers as standard. These 2 secondary pressure rollers are conical and thereby apply increased pressure on both the upper and lower surface of the edging material. The whole unit is mechanically. This spring loaded system ensure a perfect bond between edging material and the work piece

Guillotine shears
Pre-cutting of ABS and PVC edge material up to a thickness of 3 mm.

End cutting unit with a 45° cut
The highly precise linear guides ensure that the twin saw blade cutting unit executes perfect cuts. The end cutting saw blades traverse at 45°, ensuring that the cut is tear free. It is possible to set a 20° bevel cut to trim thin edges.

Flush and radius trimming unit
The big advantage of the combination unit is the significant reduction in length of the machine. Changing between modules is both quick and easy, both of which are equipped with 2 mm radius heads as a standard. On request, the machine can also be equipped with a 3 mm head.

Scraping unit
Fine tunes the edge radius and removes excess glue.
|

Flush scraping unit - Perfect “finish”
The manually adjustable glue scraper ensures a perfect finish on the workpiece by removing any remaining glue residue. Perfect “finish”

Buffing unit
Super finish for ABS- and PVC material. Optional installation of polishing solution spray applicator for the polishing heads.
