Patented planer adjustment system
Accurate adjustment. This is obtained with the patented planer table adjusting system, which works with lateral prismatic guide rails.

Adjust the depth of cut.
The chip removal can be adjusted continuously to up to 5 mm. The magnifying glass guarantees accurate reading of the scale. Quick and accurate adjustment of cutting depth from the operator side of the infeed table.

Professional planer fence
The joining fence can be tilted to any angle between 90° and 45°. There are positive stops at 90° and 45°. The exceptional space-saving design of the planer fence makes it possible to place your planer-thicknesser directly against the workshop wall and still use the entire planing width.

Dual lifting planer tables
It is simple and quick to change from planing to thicknessing on your machine. Tension springs are used to facilitate lifting of both planer tables.

Trapezoid threaded spindle
4 spindles with trapezoidal threads guarantee accurate adjustment and high weight bearing capacity on the thicknessing table. The table height adjustment guideways (A+B) also stabilize the table against lateral movement particulary in the outfeed direction during thicknessing.

Dust extraction hood.
Due to its extremely good design and large dimension, the chip extraction hood is very efficient and you will never have issues with blockage, even with very moist woods.

Pressure beams
On request, we can deliver a spring-loaded, segmented infeed pressure bar, combined with infeed rubber roller for simultaneous processing of timber of varying thickness.

Perfect planing technology
2 Spring-loaded pressure bars prevent “vibrating” of very thin workpieces during thicknessing.

Height adjustment of the thicknesser table with the handwheel
Thicknessing accuracy to one tenth of a millimeter with the use of the handwheel and its integrated digital display. Max. Thicknessing height 254 mm.
