Standard: electric spindle height setting
Accurate spindle height settings to one tenth of a millimeter with the turn of a control switch, including both a rapid and slow adjustment speed. Spindle angle settings are carried out with a handwheel and a digital clock.

The moulding spindle quick-change system
The unlimited range of applications of your new tilting spindle moulder F 900 is also supported by a Felder spindle moulder quick-change system. For series production, it is possible, within seconds, to exchange cutterblocks fitted with pre-mounted moulding tools or switch between moulding spindles with different diameters. A very special feature is the Felder high-speed moulding spindle for routers with 16,000 rpm.

High-Speed Router Spindle
The high speed router spindle is designed for router shaft diameters of Ø 6–16 mm and a speed of 16,000 rpm.

The precision ”240“ spindle fence
The “240“ spindle fence is standard equipment. The spindle fence can accomodate tooling with a maximum diameter of 230 mm and has a fine adjustment system on the spindle fence outfeed side. The integrated dust extraction port allows for efficient chip removal. The spindle table opening is 320 mm, an advantage when panel-raising, as the spindle tooling can be lowered under the table.

Spindle Moulder table opening: 320 mm
The large table opening stands for maximum operator safety. For large dimension tooling, as used for tenoning and panel raising, the cutterblock can be conveniently positioned below the table.
